A Senior-Level Opportunity Under the ML-1 CPEC Project
Pakistan Railways is hiring an experienced professional for its Project Implementation Unit (PIU) under the Main Line-1 (ML-1) CPEC Support Project. The appointment will initially be made on a two-year contract under Project Pay Scale (PPS-10), with the possibility of annual extensions based on performance and project requirements.
Although the selected candidate will be posted at the PIU/ML-1 Office in Lahore, the Ministry reserves the right to assign duties anywhere in Pakistan.

Project Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation Professional (PPS-10)

This is a senior management position responsible for project planning, implementation monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and coordination of strategic infrastructure projects.
The selected professional will contribute to the execution and monitoring of one of Pakistan’s most significant railway development initiatives under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).
Educational Qualification and Professional Background
Applicants should possess:
- Master’s Degree (16–18 Years Education)
- MS / BS in:
- Project Management
- Civil Engineering
- Transportation Engineering
- Degree recognized by HEC
Additional preference will be given to candidates holding internationally recognized certifications such as:
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- PRINCE2 Certification
These certifications will receive additional weight during the selection process.
Experience That Will Strengthen Your Application
